Its owner Vicky LeTellier, has been in the title industry since 1974. Formerly known as Vicky Capp, she has issued title in Flagler County since 1993. She was the manager of Flagler Palm Coast Title until 1997, and worked with Katz & Green Attorneys, running the title department for another 8 years. As owner of Covenant Closing & Title Services, Vicky continues to give each customer the personal attention they deserve.

Vicky is an Advanced Certified Paralegal, Real Estate Specialist and Florida Licensed Title Agent and Florida Notary. She has over 32 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Real Estate Closings. Vicky began her career working with Attorneys Apter & Serginese, in East Hartford, CT as a General Law and Real Estate Closing Secretary in 1974, where she began developing her exceptional work ethics. Since moving to Florida in 1978, Vicky has worked with prominent Law firms and Title Companies, specializing in Florida Real Estate. Since moving to Palm Coast, FL in 1991, Vicky managed two local Title Companies. Her demanding attention to details benefits all parties involved throughout the closing process. Her reputation is well known and respected in our community. Vicky founded Covenant Closing & Title Services, Inc. with a covenant to serve our customers.
