Attorney Askins received his Juris Doctor, graduating Cum Lade in May of 1991 from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. His B.A. is in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude in May of 1979 from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire. Attorney Askins is admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Florida Bar Associations. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court (District of New Hampshire).
